Well, I've sent the contract back, and they've made the first payment, so there's no way they have plausible deniability:
I reckon I can officially announce that I have sold Magwitch and Bugrat to the splendid folk at Walker Books. It's due to appear in the early part of 2015.
I am now, officially, a children's author.
Think about that.
